One month. After that, your contract simply renews monthly; so you can stay as long as you like.

Yes! You can access your unit 24 hours a day, every day of the year, using your personal access code.

Yes – €1,500 of insurance is included in your rental for added peace of mind. Need more cover for higher-value items? Talk to our friendly team.

No hidden fees! You only pay your monthly rent (VAT included) and a refundable one-month deposit.

Your unit stays accessible 24/7 regardless.

You can pay for your Coimbra storage unit by bank transfer, or by card at the office. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a 20% late fee. Please note: A one-month deposit is required when storing your unit, this will be refunded when you move out (if everything is in order).

Our Coimbra storage facility is monitored 24/7 by a professional security company, with secure gate access control via your mobile app, so only authorised people can enter.

You cannot store anything dangerous, perishable or prohibited by law: no food or perishables, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, valuables such as cash or jewellery, or plants, animals and living beings. If in doubt, just ask our friendly team.
