The minimum rental period is one month.

Yes! You can access your unit 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Insurance isn’t mandatory, but it’s recommended for peace of mind.
Includes €1,500 insurance in the rental.

No hidden fees! You only pay your monthly rent (VAT included) and a refundable one-month deposit.

You can pay by bank transfer or by card at the office.

Yes, a one-month deposit is required when securing your unit.
It’s refunded when you move out, if everything is in order.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments incur a 20% late fee.
